Psalm 33:4-5 (New King James Version) For the word of the Lord is right, and all His work is done in truth. He loves righteousness and justice; The earth is full of the goodness of the Lord.

To follow God is to follow His word, for His word is right and it is truth. But we also must live righteous and just lives. Not saying we are prefect by no means but we strive to live this way. For His word tells us that we are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, you see we cannot do it on our own we must rely on Christ. And if we truly look at His creation, we will see His goodness in it for the earth is full of His goodness. Even when it looks bad, we can still find His goodness.
